Our processes and handling are genuinely 100% hygienic, really!

Our products are packed to an approx. weight of 5 Pieces (freeze-dried weight). We cannot guarantee precise packing weight as each individual item weight varies in its original packaging.

And after freeze-drying the products, it further impairs their individual weight.

We will endeavour to pack the products as close as possible to 5 pieces, nonetheless.

Our high-quality Mylar, zip-locked, food grade, heat pressed and sealed bags, capture and lock in the better-than-original, full-bodied flavour; fresh, right out of the freeze-drier. And we even chuck in a moisture-absorbing satchel to make sure you really enjoy that irresistible SCRUMPTIOUS CLOUDY CRUNCH! 

The freeze dried products do become fragile after the freeze-drying process, so imperfections and breakages of the packaged product are to be expected, particularly during transit.

Our products are hygienically packed with care, and as padded as possible, to minimise damage during transit.

Freeze drying is a timely process per batch, such that delays are to be expected for production and shipping.

We produce batches on continuous rotation, and try our very best to meet our clients' high demand.

When you've "finished" treating and crunching, please ensure to re-seal the packaging to continue locking in the better-than-original, full-bodied flavour and SCRUMPTIOUS CLOUDY CRUNCH of the product.

Exposure to relative humidity and moisture in the air will cause the product to hydrate/partially hydrate, meaning the SCRUMPTIOUS CLOUDY CRUNCH will be minimised or lost, depending on the moisture content uptake of the product.

Keep the product stored in a cool, dry place, and away from direct sunlight.
